In the second part of my extraterrestrial encounter series, I explore one of the questions I’ve been asked most often: How do you recognize different extraterrestrial intelligences?
My experiences taught me that recognition has very little to do with appearance and almost everything to do with frequency. Much like tuning a radio, consciousness appears to resonate with different intelligences depending on the quality of awareness we bring to the experience. Each encounter carried its own unmistakable presence—some gentle and expansive, others precise, structured, and deeply technical.
In this video, I share my encounters with the frequencies commonly associated with the Pleiadians and Arcturians, how dreams continued the communication long after the encounters themselves, and why I believe clarity of awareness is far more important than altered states of consciousness when exploring these extraordinary experiences.
Rather than asking you to adopt a particular belief, my intention is simply to share what I lived through as honestly as I can. Whether these experiences are understood as extraterrestrial contact, expanded states of consciousness, or something language has yet to adequately describe, they fundamentally transformed the way I perceive reality.
I hope this conversation encourages curiosity more than certainty, inviting each of us to explore the mystery through our own direct experience.
